MOR Compost Covers manufactured by Monolithic in Italy, Texas, offer rapid composting of organic matter without the smell!

MOR (Managed Organic Recycling) is the industry leader in composting. In fact MOR's latest invention is over the top, literally! MOR Compost Covers are a triple layered In-vessel Aerated Static Pile (IASP) process that's traps odors, heat, germs, bacteria, moisture & air during the composting process. Which means healthier, nutrient-enriched soil, quicker composting timelines and happy neighbors because there is no lingering smells.

Designed to handle the outdoors and withstand the harshest of weather conditions, Monolithic Compost Covers come with a five-year warranty.
Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (EPTFE) micropore compost covers developed by MOR and fabricated by Monolithic (seams are radio frequency welded) are twice as strong and have 50 percent more UV resistance than traditional compost tarps. The EPTFE micropore membrane has high oil rating to maintain the odor reducine characteristics over the long life of the compost cover. The covers also help improve the composting process by controlling moisture and temperature. This promotes biological activity as well as insuring a pathogen free compost end product.

MOR compost covers fit any size operation from 500 square yards per day to over 1000 square yards per day, and can be easily phased to accommodate system expansions.

MOR can provide a complete composting system including aeration, cover placement machine, radio frequency monitoring probes and computer automation for process control.

MOR has the tools and the experience and is committed to helping you become a seasoned composting veteran. Whether you are a mayor of city with a waste management concern or a home owner trying to be more green, MOR is here to assist you with your composting needs!

In addition to controlling the composting process, MOR Compost Covers eliminate moisture penetration, deter vectors such as birds, small wildlife and vermin from scavenging the organic material. The MOR Compost Covers reduce odor emissions by at least 90 percent when subjected to US Environmental Protection Agency test methods. Now composting can become a good neighbor as odor problems are essentially zero at the property line. Both small and large communities can reduce their “carbon foot print” by composting anything organic.

With many landfills around the country banning dumping, composting would extend landfill capacity while reducing methane emissions from landfills as much as 8 percent. However, the MOR Compost Cover system does more than improve air quality

and reduce emissions of greenhouse gases. MOR Compost Covers also help avoid landfill closings while eliminating hauling and disposal costs to far away dumping sites. The greatest benefit from composting organic material is the production of a high quality soil amendment that returns carbon, nitrogen, and organic matter to the soil. This improves soil moisture retention, soil fertility, tilth (soil structure), soil microorganism diversity and reduces the need for chemical fertilizers. Essentially the MOR Compost Covers provide any community the opportunity to be a conscious environmental steward protecting our planet's air, soil and water resources.

If you've got composting questions, MOR has answers!  MOR has been on a mission to develop an odorless and efficient soil recycling process. MOR has been testing Compost Covers all around the nation and through trial an error has made it possible for municipalities, farms, ranches and backyard gardeners to compost affordably.

MOR Compost Covers manufactured in Italy, Texas, by Monolithic offer a cost-effective composting solution to recycling organic materials such as food, animal and human waste without odor emissions. For information contact/see the morcompost.com website.
